Comfort and Connection for Birth and Beyond Table of Contents
Tying it all together!
Cloth wraps have been used for supporting and carrying in every culture since before known history. Learn how to use a wrap for labor and birth support, as a baby carrier, and for whole-family comfort and connection.
This class is the most personal offering at Pinkpeas. It combines immediately practical and accessible tools for physical comfort, support, and connection for your pregnancy and birth, and applies them to your whole family, and for the rest of your life, along with "Nine Lessons", intended to give couples tools and recourses to strengthen their relationship and to not just survive the early years of parenting, but to thrive and create a beautiful, strong family that can stay the course. Using narration and communication tools such as prayer and meditation, speaking and listening exercises, and journaling prompts, you can enhance the whole family’s respect for each person’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs, and know when and how to seek outside resources for additional help.
Your choice of a ring-sling or rebozo is included.
