Spinning Babies® Parent Class introduce parents to the basic techniques for comfort in pregnancy and ease in birth. This three hour class adds confidence and skills for the birth partner and reassurance for the birthing person. This special class changes everything! Tight muscles or poorly chosen birth positions can make labor longer or hurt more. Partners love learning the why and how of helping birth be easier.
Corrine is a Spinning Babies® Certified Parent Educator, and offers Spinning Babies® Parent Classes.
This single, three-hour class does not replace comprehensive childbirth classes, but is an evidence based supplement to provide greater comfort in pregnancy, and ease in birth.
